[Tutorial] MMD to SA Ped Tutorial Part 1

Summary: 

This is a tutorial for exporting MMD's pmx model to pmd, and import the pmd model to 3dsmax. You will know how to using pmd editor to export pmx to pmd model and model's texture fixing. For 3dsmax's part, you will need download and run pmd import/exporter plugin to import the pmd model to 3dsmax.
