[GTA SA Mod] Honkai Impact 3 Oath's Raiden Mei Mod

A mod based on a popular phone's game "Honkai Impact 3" 's character "Raiden Mei" in the oath's story line. 

The reason why I start this project is because I been invited by one of my friend which also a member of NMT, while I also interest in this character. 

He responsible in character animation, and I responsible for scripting and character model rigging. 

Note: The mod is almost complete, but we still have to go through several testing before release it.
